By accessing or using the Cap City Garages website (capcitygarage.com), submitting an estimate request, or engaging us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services Description
Cap City Garages provides residential and commercial flooring and storage services in Central Ohio, including:
- Flake epoxy floor coating systems
- Metallic epoxy floor coating systems
- X-Clad cabinet and garage storage systems (as an authorized dealer)
3. Quotes & Estimates
Pricing displayed in our online estimator and any range delivered by email is provided for general budgeting purposes only. All online estimates are non-binding and subject to a free on-site assessment that confirms square footage, surface condition, preparation requirements, and final product selection. Final pricing is provided in writing after on-site assessment and may differ from the online estimate.
Add-ons selected during the estimator are captured as interest only. X-Clad cabinet pricing is quoted on-site. Project timeline selections in the estimator are informational and do not entitle you to a scheduling discount.
4. Scheduling & Payment
Project scheduling is confirmed in writing following on-site assessment and signed agreement. Deposit, balance due dates, and accepted forms of payment are described in your written project agreement. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling fee as stated in your project agreement.
5. Warranties & Disclaimers
Cap City Garages provides product and installation warranties as described in the written project agreement issued at the time of sale. Warranty terms, coverage, and exclusions vary by product system and are governed solely by that written agreement.
Except as expressly stated in your written project agreement, the website and all information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cap City Garages, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim arising from services we perform is limited to the amount you paid for those services under your written project agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, photography, copy, designs, and the "Built Tough. Installed Right. Designed to Last." tagline — is owned by Cap City Garages or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. Governing Law
